This hotel is one of the best options in Naples for the price offered. The rooms are nice, and the reception staff was supportive and kind.

Perfect location at the maritime station, shuttle bus to and from the airport and railway station , stop is right outside hotel, 2 min walk. 5 euros flat fare pay on bus. Lovely deluxe room, we were given free upgrade. Nice quiet bar.

The location of the hotel is really convenient - direct connection from airport, close to the metro station, right in the port. The room was very quiet and very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The area of the hotel is very safe. I couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay there a second time.

I really liked the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The restaurant staff was very nice as well. The wifi was great for our work purposes. The room was very cosy but spacious and clean. The breakfast was very vast, fresh and delicious. The hotel is close to many points of interest and very accessible. Overall it had a nice aesthetic quality. Despite being situated in the port the rooms are incredibly soundproof.

Loved the whole experience right from front desk staff to everyone. Breakfast was really good as well. Special mention to Bartender Tina and Chef Sara. Tina is an incredible bartender— her cocktails are creative, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. She has a knack for recommending the perfect drink to suit your mood and tastes. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made the evenings I stayed even more enjoyable. Chef Sara deserves just as much praise. The dishes she prepared were nothing short of amazing—beautifully plated, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. You can tell she pours her heart and soul into her cooking. The Gnocchi was particularly outstanding and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Together, Tina and Sara make an unbeatable duo, elevating the entire experience. I can’t recommend them enough—thank you both again! PK

Great location close to city center- walking distance. Literally next to all the means of transportation- Alibus to and from airport, ferries to everywhere, underground. Breakfast and other meals were excellent. The room was largely comfortable and quiet. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful and provided information on getting around, services etc

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Naples. The location is perfect—right inside the main port, close to all major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city so convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything neat and tidy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions or give recommendations. I felt truly welcomed during my stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines cleanliness, a great location, and excellent service, this is the one. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Naples!

We really enjoyed our stay at Smart hotel Naples and would highly recommend it to other travellers. The staff at reception were so helpful and spoke excellent English, special thank you to Alessandro for her helpful tips, on Metro,trains and places to eat.They had lots of information about places to go and the best way to get there. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed fuelling up for the day especially the fresh fruit and croissants. We enjoyed having a drink in the hotel bar and found the menu varied and delicious. Before we left to go to the airport we popped into the bar for some food and a drink only to find we were a bit early for food but Francesco went over and above and went and made me a plate of delicious bruschetta.The hotel location was perfect the ALI bus from the airport sopped outside the hotel and picked up in the same place. It was also very convenient for the ferry to Capri and the other islands. Must mention the amazing bed we had such good nights sleep. We hope to get back to Naples and will Definitely stay at Smart Hotel, thank you all the staff for making out stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Sylvia and Anthony Swift

This is a little haven in the port, perfect if you are getting a ferry to the islands or Amalfi coast. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The bistro in the hotel was serving food until 23.30 which was fantastic for us. Nice bar area with outside terrace overlooking the water. Breakfast was great - lots of cakes but also ham, cheese, eggs, fruit etc. Even though most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, it feels very safe because you are within the port area. The room was spotless and a decent size. We would definitely stay again

Having travelled from Rome to Naples and then caught the ALIBUS to the port, the size of the room at the Smart hotel was a treat after our small (but lovely) hotel room in Rome. The cool cans of water in the mini fridge and amenities in the room were well received and the bed very big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and there was lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. I am really sad that our stay was only brief as the next morning we were on a ferry to Ischia very early. I would definitely stay here again. It also felt very secure and was quiet to say we were next to a working port.
